We roast in Al Ain — Abu Dhabi, but our work begins in the hands of farmers thousands of kilometres away and ends in the rituals of UAE homes, offices and majlis tables. That entire chain is our responsibility.

We buy only specialty-grade lots that cup 85+ on the SCA scale, sourced through direct relationships and trusted importers. Every lot is traceable to farm, varietal and harvest. We pay above market because better prices grow better coffee — and that is the only way this works long-term.
Artisan Roasting
An artisan roastery, dialled bag by bag.
Roasting is craft, not factory work. Our roastmaster develops every profile by hand on a drum roaster in Al Ain, cupping each batch before it is approved for release. Nothing is roasted weeks in advance and warehoused — bags ship within 48 hours of the roast so the coffee reaches you at its peak.
