Unopened Coffee

Unopened bags may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Customer covers return shipping.

Opened or Damaged Coffee

If your coffee arrives damaged or fails to meet our quality standard, contact info@caturacoffeeroasters.com within 7 days and we will replace it at no cost.

Equipment

30-day returns on unused brewing equipment in original packaging. Refunds processed within 5 business days.
