How fast do you deliver across the UAE?+
Most orders arrive within 24–48 hours in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. Other emirates: 2–3 business days.
Is delivery free?+
Yes — on all orders above 500 AED across the UAE. Below that, a flat 25 AED applies.
Can I pay cash on delivery?+
Yes. Cash on Delivery is our only payment option. Pay our courier in AED when your coffee arrives — no card required.
How does Cash on Delivery work?+
Place your order online, choose Cash on Delivery at checkout, and pay our courier in cash (AED) when your coffee arrives.
Coffee & Roasting
When was my coffee roasted?+
All coffee is roasted to order. The roast date is printed on every bag — typically within 24 hours of dispatch.
Should I buy whole bean or ground?+
Whole bean preserves freshness 2–3× longer. If you do not own a grinder, we offer espresso, filter, and French press grinds.
How should I store my coffee?+
In the original bag, sealed, at room temperature, away from direct light. Avoid the fridge.
